Using the Big Three



Social media platforms are the ingredients in a recipe for a great media campaign.  Honestly, the best strategy to use in order to help a nonprofit is to keep everything as simple as possible when using social media: learn the basic rules and become a master of those.  I believe a necessary step in organizing and putting information on the internet for public consumption from a nonprofit would be to buy the organization a copy of Social Media for Social Good.  The book is the perfect way to guide someone through the rules and suggestions of using social media to its full potential.  The number of tools and platforms can be overwhelming, and our class is the perfect setting to train someone in the use of social media to get the best return on investment (ROI).  I personally would have never understood the number of related tools connected to…
